About

Witness. Release. Move

As a powerlifter with a background in Physical Therapy, I thought that going into massage school would put me on the path to be a sports massage therapist with a classic let's-fix-them mindset. I thrived in gait analysis while in PT school in Germany and came to appreciate all the tools learned to analyze movement and posture. As an athlete, I’m continuously trying to improve the form of my lifts as well as be proactive in prehab by utilizing the right accessory exercises.

It was with this mindset that I approached learning massage. That quickly changed when I experienced someone tuning into my body through their touch. This inspired me to bring my own intuition to the table. I was delighted by the difference it makes to combine problem-solving skills with intuition, and I fell in love with more subtle modalities. As a result, I have come to appreciate bodywork as a process that allows for collaboration between giver and receiver.

In my practice as a bodyworker, I combine my comprehensive knowledge of the human body with my intuition and innate ability to tune into my clients’ bodies on a multitude of layers. I am honored and humbled by the opportunity to be a witness to my clients through perceptive touch, and I’m excited to bring a variety of modalities to the table to support them on their path of self-healing. I believe that by providing a safe space and an invitation to release, the body can initiate a profound reset that inevitably leads to improved movement patterns.
